On the far northern barrier reef, father Ben with video cam follows youngest son, Adam, now 22, with a photogenic leopard shark.
The Ben Cropp family (whose exploits appear regularly at this site) have been involved with uw documentaries for decades, producing more than 100 films for TV and the home video market.
Their favourite private 'swimming area' is this beautiful and remote Great Barrier Reef shallow sandy and coral area near Cape York - where this image was made on conventional film. Nearby are several ancient shipwreck sites with minor wreckage strewn amongst surf, and over-grown by coral.
