In the upper reaches of the river are interesting palms growing at the waters' edge.
Crocodiles and barramundi are a feature here in the brackish water.
On the ocean beach (which requires a hike through the bush) are literally hundreds of fishing buoys washed ashore. Adam collected all he could carry.
